About this trip (Various dates available)

Cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats, the furthest possible distance in the British Isles, is a classic challenge that many dream of. Starting at Land's End on the south-westerly tip of England, you pedal your way through Cornwall, over Dartmoor and north along the Welsh border, skirting the Lake District into Scotland, via lochs and Highlands to North Coast and John O'Groats. In all you will cover just over 100 miles, passing through some of the most stunning and remote countryside in the British Isles. This is a tough challenge but a fabulous way to see the country, and one of the most rewarding things you will ever do!

Testimonials - Provided by Discover Adventure

"What a great trip! The DA support along the way was excellent and the scenery was outstanding." - Richard

"This is the second DA trip I've done, the first being London to Paris last year. LEJOG felt like a different ballgame, very challenging, and I wasn't sure if I could do it, but I did! And it was well worth it. The cycle through Scotland alone was amazing, but crossing the Severn Bridge into Wales was also fantastic. I was doing it on my own, and the DA crew made me feel welcome and supported from the start. Their humour, reassurance and professionalism meant that I could get my head down and do the cycling." - Cathy

"LEJOG was a great challenge, with amazing scenery, good accommodation and well stocked and organised food and drink stops. Nothing was too much trouble for our leaders, and the weather gods were good to us which was an unexpected bonus! I would definitely do another challenge with DA." - Lisa
