Join us in the serene surroundings of Hintlesham Golf Club to 'take a moment' and celebrate the NHS birthday, while taking part in workshops hosted by our Staff Wellbeing Team and the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS).

This ESNEFT staff event, organised by Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity, will present you with all the help and support on offer through our Staff Wellbeing Team, who provide mental health and wellbeing support to all members of the ESNEFT family.

The Charity Team will also be on hand to talk to you about some exciting new projects and share updates on the brand-new Wellbeing Garden at Colchester Hospital, created in collaboration with the RHS.

Free canapés, cupcakes, cocktails and tea and coffee will be on offer to all guests, as well as the opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful nature.

This event has been kindly funded by the Royal Horticultural Society and NHS Charities Together.
