Staff joined RHS Senior Community Outreach Advisor Alison Findlay to create macrame plant holders in the Cancer Wellbeing Garden at Colchester Hospital.

The equipment for the macramé plant holders was supplied and they learned about house plants. House plants have many wellbeing benefits from the mindfulness involved in looking after them, to the air purification they provide to our offices and our homes.

Macramé plant holders are an easy and fun way to display your plants vertically, you can create a living screen above a windowsill where they will enjoy good light.
