Machu Picchu is one of the most iconic sights in South America, and the culmination of their magnificent Inca Trail trek through the Peruvian Andes. Join Discover Adventure as they trek this breathtakingly beautiful route through valleys and high passes, scattered with fascinating Inca ruins. Trekking on Inca-paved paths and steps, their route takes your up through lush cloudforest to the demanding Dead Woman's Pass (4200m). Continually climbing up or dropping down, the way is steep at times, and the altitude adds to the challenge. You finally come to Sun Gate, which overlooks Machu Picchu, where your first magical glimpse provides an unforgettable reward for your efforts.

We would love for your fundraising to support our Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity Fund which supports patients and staff when they need us most. Alternatively you can choose to fundraise for one of our current appeals: Cancer Wellbeing, Children’s Appeal, Staff Wellbeing or for the ward or department within our services closest to your heart. Price

Option 1 – Funded by Fundraising
Pay a registration fee of £499 when you sign up, then fundraise £4900 by approx. 10 weeks before the departure date. 50% of your fundraising target will be used to fund your place on the trip and the remaining 50% will go to the Fund of your choice. Anything raised over the £4900 target will go straight to your Fund of choice too!

Option 2 – Part Funded by You
Pay a registration fee of £499 when you sign up, then pay £500 yourself to Discover Adventure, and fundraise £3900 for us, by approx. 10 weeks before the departure date. 50% of your fundraising target will be used to fund your place on the trip and the remaining 50% will go to the Fund of your choice. Anything raised over the £3900 target will go straight to your Fund of choice too!

Option 3 – Fully Funded by You
Pay a registration fee of £499 when you sign up, then pay £2200 to Discover Adventure by approx. 8 weeks before the departure date. You can then set up a fundraising page for £2200 or higher for the Fund of your choice!
