Golf enthusiasts are invited to take part in the 7th Colchester & Ipswich Charity Golf Day, taking place on Friday, 18 September 2026, at the Felixstowe Ferry Golf Club.

Whether you're a seasoned golfer or simply looking to enjoy a fantastic day out while supporting a worthy cause, this popular annual event promises great golf, excellent company and exciting prizes, and all in aid of charity!

The day begins with registration and refreshments from 8:30am to 9:00am, where participants can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee and a bacon butty, with a vegetarian option available. Golfers will then head to the first tee for a 10:24am onwards start.

After an enjoyable round on one of Suffolk's great coastal golf courses, players can relax with rolling sandwiches and chips while celebrating the day's achievements.

Entry Fees

• £75 for non-members
• £25 for members

A charity raffle will also take place, with suggested donations of £10 - £50, offering participants the chance to win a range of exciting golf and raffle prizes while helping to raise even more for charity.

With places limited to just 48 entrants, early booking is strongly recommended. Gather your friends, form a team and enjoy a memorable day of golf, fun and fundraising.
